What you don’t realise, is that your subconscious mind creates a weight “set point” – That means a “weight and/or size that your body feels SAFE at”.
That’s right, your MIND has created all of this… You see, your subconscious mind stores EVERYTHING, just like a photograph – and its JOB is to keep you safe….
And the way it knows how to keep you “safe” is to keep you in a place of “what is familiar”. That means, your mind will do ANYTHING to stop you from getting to a place of “unfamiliar” or “unknown” (EG. a slimmer / healthier weight)…



Yes that’s right, the subconscious mind would rather keep you in a FAMILIAR HELL than an unfamiliar HEAVEN!
Your subconscious mind controls up to 95% of your mind, including your BEHAVIOURS, so it really isn’t your fault when you sabotage – Because you’re not even AWARE of what you’re doing or WHY you’re doing it.
Your mind is SO CLEVER that it will even go so far as to TELL YOUR BODY TO SLOW DOWN your metabolism to STOP YOU FROM LOSING WEIGHT if you start eating less!!

So, Karena has done it again!!! Another complete shift in my mindset! Week 3 of the course and already I’ve made some drastic changes & lost weight already. I no longer pick at the kids' leftovers or feel the need to finish a meal when I’m full. I don’t eat because it’s a mealtime, I eat when I’m hungry and I make sure that what I eat ACTUALLY counts as nourishment rather than just easy toast or crisps. I’m counting calories so that I am honest with myself about what I’m eating and it’s working. I’m much more aware of what I’m eating and when. I’m happier with what I see in the mirror and am beginning to be kinder to myself with my internal monologue, although this is still a work in progress. I listen to the audio every night at bedtime and say my affirmations morning and night. Stepping into the person I want to be has allowed me to have a completely different take on food. Although I have a long way to go to reach my goal, I’ve definitely made a positive lifestyle change which I haven’t been able to do in the past. Thank you, Karena!

Before I give feedback on Karena's course, let me put some context to it. I'm nearly 61 years young. Studying is my passion (alongside many things). Needless to say, as such I have done a ton of courses over the years the good and sadly not so good. Karena's course is right up there with the best of themwithout a doubt.
